I’m a 17-time award-winning filmmaker with one short film under my belt.

I’m in the process of creating my first feature film, a project I’m very passionate about.

I was the first videographer to produce short video advertisements, instead of just pictures, for realtors in the Bay Area and Miami-Dade.
How did you land your first wholesale real estate deal?
My very first wholesale deal in real estate was secured through good old-fashioned door-knocking.
Between 2021 and 2023, Gianmarco Alessandri managed over two dozen properties for short-term bookings and corporate leasing.
