Nick's journey began on a Missouri farm, where hard work was a way of life. Early on, he developed a passion for aviation and a love for sports and music. He pursued these interests through college, even taking his first skydive at 18.After graduating with a math degree, Nick entered the insurance industry, eventually transitioning into project management. His analytical skills flourished, allowing him to purchase his first home.
Weekends were dedicated to his love of flight. He became a skydiving instructor, earned his pilot's license, and met his current wife, Casey, at a skydiving center. Nick's career progressed, earning certifications and leading agile teams in the banking software sector. In 2013, he and Casey bought the skydiving center, and Nick expanded his aviation skills where a mentor's advice led them to real estate investing.
Nick and Casey started with mid-term rentals, and as success led to more properties, Nick delved into accumulating more real estate knowledge that he now shares his with others. Today, Nick leads AI initiatives at a software company, owning seven rental homes, while the skydiving center thrives. With creative financing strategies under his belt, Nick is ready to help others achieve their real estate goals.
